RECYCLING bins will start appearing in local shopping areas to help reduce the amount of unnecessary rubbish going into landfill.
Councillor for Deagon Ward Victoria Newton said the small bins in the Sandgate Shopping Village would be replaced with larger bins which include a recycling bin.
